We've got some sun in between rain storms so I'm getting a few more flowers blooming now. My early lilies are getting buds on them and the clematis is loaded with buds as is the honeysuckle vine, though I had to do some pruning on it. It was flat taking over.

Don't you just love pansies with their little faces turned up to the sun? :) My peonies are in bud so should be opening up in about a week although my thrift is in full bloom. You certainly have some lovlies in your garden and I'm so glad you shared them with us.

Looking good! I love the Peony, but then I haven't met a Peony I don't like yet! You just reminded me that my Thrift didn't come up this year ... I knew something was missing!

The pink flower in the 4th pictures is a Kona Dianthus. It's the longest blooming dianthus I have. Pansies or, as I call these, Johnny Jump-ups are my favorite flower and I have spread the seed in all my flower beds. If they get too exuberant they pull up easy. The peony that is blooming I've always heard call Memorial Day Peony. It's the earliest one I know. All my other peonies have small buds forming but it will be a while until they bloom. I love the thrift even when the flower are dries. Mine really need to be divided as one has already started to die out in the center. The Iris is a Pallida Variegata and smells so good. Thank you all for looking and for your nice remarks.
