Starting to get colorful around here!

    He have had rain a good part of the week. What was dry, cracked soil is now wet and the plants are happy.

    Oh boy if that's what some rain does I hope it keeps raining where you are!! Your garden is simply beautiful and now it's even more so with all that colour in it.:D

    Beautiful flowers and gardens! I had a purple Iris like yours, Hemstitch, was the name of mine. It died of ??? but I must get another one. It is my favorite

    Gorgeous blooms, Netty. That purple and white Iris is beautiful and look at all those Peony buds!!!

    Thanks all! I am just so happy to be out in the gardens again!
    Toni - the Peony's are LOADED with buds this year, except for one on the west side of the house. The are my favorite so you can be sure I will clip some and bring them into the house.
    Pianolady - the yellow plant in the first photo is Garden Loosestrife. Don't let the name scare you ... it is not invasive.

    Thanks, I've got a bunch of it I transplanted this year, and it's never been invasive at all for me. It survived the spring transplant and flowered like nothing happened.
