You all have been as busy as the bees on my place! The bees have done a lot of propagating... My old fashioned rose of Sharon bushes have made hundreds of babies, and I wish I could send them to you all. I am waiting on the falls rains so I can pull them up. If I could find homes for them, I would. Unfortunately, it is hard to find homes for them, so I will have to get rid of most of them. My other flowers like black eyed Susans, and such have made a lot of seed, and I saved some for new spots.

I wish the squirrels would eat ALL the mimosa seeds...

My canna lilies have been reproducing without help too. I now have 5 tubs of them. They have to come indoors for winter. I wonder, do my liatris have to come indoors or not? [feather flowers, etc]

AA, Liatris is hardy down to -35 deg (Zone 3) so yours should be fine with a good mulch covering.

Do two stems of Plectranthus verticillatus aka Creeping Charlie in a bottle of water count? The are rooting nicely, I have a two good sized pots of them outside but figured I should root more just in case I loose them when I repot to bring inside next month.

Other than a few hundred annual flower and vegetable seeds, I started a few coleus and pray plants.

Didn't mean to, but I have about two dozen Wafer Ash trees coming up under "mother". The treelets are about 3" to 4" tall, and need to be removed. I called a Botanical/Zoological area and asked if they would like potted up Wafer Ash trees, and they accepted! I don't know who was happier--the recipients or me! Now I'll have to pot up and then transport the seedlings.
Wafer Ashes are a host plant for butterflies, as well as providing a nice nectar source in the spring.

My neighbor gave me a cuban oregano plant and I made 50 or maybe even 75 cuttings in my greenhouse. They smell divine.

I'm not knowledgeable in regards to propagation. I did however grow tomato plants from suckers. I was delighted to know I can snip off the little shoots and grow a whole new tomato plant.

Growingpains, none of us are knowledgeable in regards to propagation to start--it's a skill/knowledge that is acquired gradually with trial and error, and help from Stewies. It sounds as if you are on the way to becoming a plant propagator! Congratulations on your tomato starts:setc_083:!

Nieuw Zeeland Edelweiss (Leucogenes grandiceps). It was given to me as a gift to try.

As winter approaches, the garden has been covered for a long, winter's sleep.
This week, I only dried and packaged a few tomato seeds. I believe we should
all be saving at least the seeds from the things we grow. This world is rather
unpredictable, so planning ahead may mean the difference between eating
    or going hungry.

With our version of winter approaching, I've been taking cuttings of some herbs (basil, sage, oregano) to root and keep on the windowsill. Although I stash my potted herbs in the barn for the winter, I like to have some close to hand in the kitchen.
I saved Amish Paste tomato seeds, and harvested the last of the Donkey's Ears peppers, from which I will save the seeds.

Nothing remains of the 2015 garden except the small bed of beets which I covered with leaves.
My daughter tells me they will go to seed come Spring. I hope !

I love the name 'Donkey's Ears' peppers......! So, I quickly checked a couple of seed catalogs but failed to find them; would you please inform me of the seed company that supplies your 'Donkey's Ears Pepper' seeds...

Hank, the seeds were sent to me by a friend. I'd be happy to send you some seeds. I warn you--the peppers are small, about 3" long, but really prolific!
