Hi Eileen,..she does hate being told to move,..growls of complaint,..i was wary that if i dozed off i would fall,.. oh we both snore,.. .
Molly and one of the NEW kittens,..they like each other,.. ( photo / image / picture from Philip Nulty's Garden )
I honestly think the kitten is not aware that Molly is a dog,..or perhaps the kitten thinks that it is a puppy,..in the past there were kittens that cuddled up beside Molly at night,..Molly didn't mind,..until the kittens started stretching those sharp nails.
Funny thoughts run through my mind of Molly being used as a cat scratching post. I am sure Molly will show them that there are other things to use for that.
Molly is a tad miserable with me mentioning Vet of late,..she has a Sty on her eyelid,..this is the second one in the past year or so,..so off to the Vet soon. I love that third photograph Philip. I hope the trip to the vet is over quickly for Molly so that she can get back to enjoying life with you.
You've obviously been taught by Molly that females rule in your home Philip!! I love the expression on her face in that last photograph!! It looks as though she's saying 'You're not really going to try moving me are you - this is my place now.'
I think she enjoys having her photo taken. She has such an expressive face you can almost see what she is thinking.
