EJ, your cottage garden is beautiful! You have done such a great job blending textures, colors, and heights. Congratulations on a superb effort!

Yours is just the type of garden I most enjoy. Not only is the planting beautiful but the insects it attracts can be endlessly fascinating.

I must confess, I garden like this because it's easy. Working full time, 2.5kids, dog, hubby, my mum, house, two allotments, you all know how it is, I find gardening time is rare so I cram my garden full and just let it grow, even some weeds. It is buzzing with insects and butterflies, lots of baby froglets in the damp understory, and birds nesting and popping in and out. Thankyou for your kind comments, I do love my garden.
