Late Sister's Rose

I said I would bring it back when in flower. Rain has spoilt the first rose but I took a pic before the rain came. It has 20 buds on it. Its in lovely condition. I also planted six Violas of different colours in the same pot for her.

Glossy leaves but I sprayed against black leaves, Aphids etc, fed it four slow release in Spring.

I rang my other sister and she said Pauline's roses are out, Pauline and I have the same Happy Retirement rose. So she feels ever so close because of that.

Its been a great summer for sis, had lots of roses but now we are down to three buds. I sure am going to miss it this winter.
I only had one yellow leaf all summer.
