Beautiful colours,..so unlike our trees,.. which make them that more interesting,..one has to stop and stare in awe of your Autumn colours
WOW those colours would make me stop, bring out my camera and take lots of pictures. We don't have such a riot of colour here in autumn.
Two more... You can see in these pictures that the aspen are starting to lose their leaves. Now, 9 days later, the leaves have mostly fallen.
Beautiful pictures 2ofus, nature at its best. You are way ahead of us in the UK and there are very few places that we see colour anything like yours.
Thanks so much, 2OF. Those are impressive. I have really enjoyed seeing these foto's of yours... Such remarkable colours there.
I'm glad you enjoyed them but now I have to correct myself as Aspen tree leaves turn a bright yellow. They are in the middle of the second picture. The red leaves are either Vine Maples or Mountain Mahogany.
@2ofus We tend to enjoy autumn, fall, colour in places like country houses with their formal gardens. Sheffield Park in East Sussex is a favourite of mine and this is the kind of scene you get in the old landscaped English garden.
2ofus,..i am pleased Sjoerd asked did you have any more images of the Fall colours,..beautiful images. Raddang,..beautiful location and a fantastic picture.
Wow, Raddang! That is gorgeous! I love looking at pictures of English gardens. I subscribed to English Gardens magazine for a few years, mainly for the pictures, but realized I didn't have the space nor the climate to duplicate any of the designs.
@Raddang - Definitely a lovely English Garden scene. Always love how the gardens incorporate water and how you get a double bang for your buck when the colours reflect off the water too.
