Double Rainbow

    Yesterday after the mist and fog cleared, we had a double rainbow appear over the far field:

    I was hoping for two pots of gold, but alas, no gold!

    Thank you both (and especially Sjoerd--you made my day, possibly my week). We don't get rainbows often, but when we do they are spectacular because of the clarity of the air.

    I found it ironic that today there was a great double rainbow in the west ...visible out the front room window. How interesting is that?!

    perfect Jane!. While we out and about there was no possibility of a rainbow. Phoenix was the smoggiest place ever!

    Very nice picture Jane,..i always loved Rainbows,..never managed to get to the bottom of one to dig for that pot of gold :)
