Started these babies from seed on Oct. 16th....they would have been ready to pick but I didn't transplant them to their new water home in my makeshift grown room, under lights, until about 2 weeks ago and look at them now: lettuce, spinach, one kale plant (others didn't make it) ), Pak choi. Time to start more seeds. Love those lights!! #hookedonhydroponics!!

Lettuce, spinach(in the back) and cilantro I just moved in there 3 days ago and it's taking off towards the lights.

I am liking the look of this, Hummer.
Yeah, and the snazzy lighting is a bonus as well. You must be well chuffed.

Thanks sjoerd and philip!! I'm having fun and ordered more seeds..lol. it's a learning process. couldn't figure out why my Pak choi is taking so long to grow. Well upon inspection yesterday, I was drowning the roots. I think i should check the kale also..Hopefully I saved them and should take off now. Here are some pics i took yesterday before I turned the lights on.

It all continues to look so good. When do you expect to be able to eat from this garden?

Yeah meid, I know what you mean. Well, they say that there are certain garden and wild plants that have medicinal properties...but this sort of healing is on a whole other level--one that non-gardeners can't perceive, know what I mean. You are a true gardener.

Say Hummer, why don't you post a piccy of your steak and leaves when you guys eat them.
