New Babies Ready to Eat!!

2nd round of hydroponics...loving it...started10/16/16...

 

You gardening exploits here continue looking good. When do you expect to eat from those lil plants there?

 

I think this week would be good with a great steak!!!

A week later...

 

It looks like your very successful with hydroponics. How was your salad?

 

2ofus...Just finished eating it....oh my goodness with a homemade light vinaigrette, pepperoni, tomatoes, onions and green bell peppers that i grew outside and just picked Sunday..along with a side of steak...lol!!! That was so satisfying knowing that I grew that lettuce and peppers!! Even had enough for hubby!!

The veggie portion really looks appealing to me.
You must be enormously proud of yourself and of course you must have a feeling of accomplishment.

I was just looking back at the foto's again...and my eye fell upon that beautiful root system that you showed---that demonstrates the reason of your success. Roots are everything and those are really super ones.
