Gosh you get so many different species. I only have Great Spotted woodpeckers coming to my feeders. Marvelous photographs Kildale and a pleasure to look at.
Gorgeous photos. There is a pileated woodpecker who lives out behind my house. I sometimes see him but he is pretty elusive.
We have a feeder with sunflower seeds and one with wild bird seed. We have a suet cake feeder and a hanging fruit and nut bell. We have had a lot of birds today since it started snowing last night and it just turned to flurries a bit ago. The ground under the feeders (at the edge of a small woods) was crowded with birds before it got dark. dooley
