Hi everyone, was searching around and found you all here. Seems like a nice place!

I have been doing container gardening for the last few years...however my wife and I just bought our first house so we finally have some more room.

I look forward to getting lots of advice from people who know much more then me!

    Thanks,
    Jeff

Hi there Jeff and a warm welcome to our forums from Scotland. I'm sure you'll soon love GardenStew as much as we all do as we're a friendly and helpful bunch here.
Sadly your photograph isn't showing up but maybe you could try posting it again for us as we do love to see others pictures.

    FYI.
Fir is not pressure treated, it's only kiln dried. They pressure treat southern yellow pine. Pressure treated southern yellow pine is suitable for and approved for raised beds if the treatment process is MCA. That's Micronized Copper Azole. If you want best product to use have your lumber yard get you 2x8 western red cedar. It will last much longer and is bug and rot resistant.

My hubby made me do it.....:smt044:smt044:smt044:smt044
