Lovely photographs. If I'd known you wanted snow I could have sent you some of ours. ;) We get plenty of the white stuff here in Scotland every year.

Well if you are gonna get snow, the kind that disappears within 24 hours would be the kind to get excited over. We have at least 14 inches being dumped here today, which is not exciting at all.

There is just something sad about a palm tree covered in snow

I hated the snow at our last house when it was so wet you had to go out and clean off the evergreens and arborvitaes so they wouldn't get ruined or break off branches. The white fluffy stuff I don't mind and it is pretty to look at.
    Pretty pictures...

Wow Hummer, that is really something to see.
I hope that there is no ill effect on your auto. hahaha.
No, but what a strange sight that is...palmetto palms with white on 'em. ---Snow in Savannah, who'da thunk.

Hi you all and thank you for your comments...just getting to the point where all the snow is melting...temps have been very low during the day, so we've had plenty of snow and ice for 4 days. Major shutdowns, but back in the 60's this week. I do love the snow and that was perfect. I loved it while stationed in Iceland and Virginia Beach. I am such a big kid, but i wasn't going to put my tail on that ground for snow angels because I wouldn't be able to get up...!! The only thing I did do, if you noticed, is write my hubby and my name on the banister on the snow...lol!!!
My idea of fun these days!! Seems like all autos here are fine. I didn't even realize that it was pretty weird that the palms had snow on them...lol...i was just taking a really beautiful shot..lol.
