Geometridae to identify...

Hello all,

Here is a moth I photographed in June in Quebec, Canada (near Vermont).

I think it is a Geometridae.

Do you have any idea regarding the Genus and species?

Nice moth! I use INaturalist for drilling down to an ID. A lot of bug and insect folks on that site. Give it a try! . I have been seeing the geometrid larvae out here in 8b too!

 

I have sent several hundred images to BugGuide and find them very good as many experts ID them.

Finally I identified it: it is a Geometridae whose name is Eusarca confusaria
