Oh it's absolutely lovely DF. :D I would adore to walk through a garden like that and simply 'get lost' among all that greenery. Do post more piccies of the other gardens you take care of for us please.

WOW!! [IMG] If your tending keeps that garden looking so splendid,
I'd sure like to have your help with mine!!!

[IMG] Say, how'd you like to take a "working vacation" at the North Carolina shore?
You wouldn't have to work too hard, my garden is just dinky, by comparison to that one. :-D

Well thanks for all the comments. I am not a very good garden photographer, I would much rather do a close up. I am going to look a little later to see if I have any other shots of the gardens. All together my little compaqny does about 9 houses and some have more extensive gardens than others.

Here is one from the same garden:

Just gorgeous - I think all of us would love to just come nestle down among all that wonderfully fluffy greenery. Nice shot of the stones leading to the bridge that way. Nine houses sounds like plenty to me!

Another beautiful shot digitalflower. Just out of curiosity, how much land does this garden cover?

It is a really big garden. It has about 4 acres of land under heavy cultivation and 2 more acres that is semi-tended woodland. The property itself is 11 acres. Among highlights of this garden are a full botanical catalog (w/about 1500 entries), a Rhododendron collection (80 species and cultivars), a Holly collection (32 types), seven ponds, several terraces, over 40 irrigation stations and a small island. Its kept up pretty well but not full time. There are not too many fancy things like a lot of annual plantings and formal gardens. The most amazing fact about this garden to me is it only has about 3,500 square feet of turf.
