We had a lovely lamb dinner, roasters, parsnips, cauli, sprouts, small yorkie pud each with lovely mint sauce with added water, sugar and vinegar.
This goes down nicely many a night about 11pm (Magnum)

Going to fry some tilapia and flounder tonight. Making a homemade tarter/roumalade sauce. The side will be crab linguini garnished with sliced tomatoes.

I'm sorry, was I drooling there? Lol

I just re-read a few of these postings & realized I'm getting hungry!

We are "scrounging" today. We shall see what that means.

    Cajun ribs !

Oh yes CAYUGA: It is pieces of chicken with equal amounts (~2 tablespoons, for example) of oriental spices, honey and soy sauce.
Actually you can use any ingredients to make it--just trust your own taste buds.
We always use dark meat to make this dish, as we find it juicier and more flavourful than breast meat.
