I just realized that I joined Garden Stew 9 years ago when I was seeking advice about some young shrubs of mine that were really buried in deep snow! Right away, I realized Garden Stew is a fun informative place. I love reading and seeing images from fellow gardeners around this world. I used to have more free time (or so it seems) so I’m not as frequent a visitor here now. My job as an independent gardener as well as working for a wholesale tree nursery really fill my time. Not to mention my wonderful husband Bob, and our growing family. So wishing you all Happy New Year and counting down to longer days and spring!
So glad that you came here Kay. Pity you are so busy...but of course that is good for you. All the best. this coming year.
I remember when I first arrived and you (amongst many others here) were so helpful to me as a newbie Stewbie AND a newbie gardener! Happy 9 year anniversary Kay, and so glad you're still around!
We are having some weirdly mild weather. It’s been in the 50s during the day. People have been outdoors enjoying it while it lasts. I was out poking around in my back garden beds today. I’m pretty sure winter will be returning though. February is usually a cold bitter month. I miss my growing gardens so much! Anxiously awaiting spring.
