Sometimes Buddy loses control of appendages and something sticks out of the shelter. Here he is cuddling with Cali, but has misplaced a leg! There is also a back door to the shelter, and once in a while we go by and see a ginger tail hanging out.
@eileen what frightened me when I had my first cat was the pressuring on my chest...I asked someone who had cats what is was lol
Do you need another one MG ? About a month ago I heard a ruckus and went outside to see what was happening ! One of our dogs had a cat and was really going at it ! I whooped the dog off,, took the cat and laid it on our deck chair,, went in to get something to cover it but when I went back out it was gone ! About a week and a half later I was outside and heard a meow,,I thought it was my old black cat but,, it was the one the dogs attacked ! It stuck its head out from under the house and was starved to death ! Have no idea where it came from but I have fed it and its doing much better now ! Its a real sweetie but my black cat is not fond of it so I am trying to find it a home ! Hear of anyone in my area that wants one,, tell them to let me know and come get it !
Gee Mart, thanks for the offer, but three cats are all we can handle. We would have to add additional "staff" to take care of a fourth cat. Gail, that pressure was a cat laying on you and probably purring. They do that, you know. Eileen, cats specialize in comfort--their comfort. Humans are providers of comfort. Cats do not put up with discomfort!
Hi mart, my cat bobby used to come my chest and do treading up and down but purring with it and someone told me who had 5 cats it's when they're ready to lie down and also want love from you...well I never knew this never having a cat before and knowing their behaviour.
mart it was a shame about my bobby but he only came to (Bob) ....I heard crying of the tea time when I was in my own place opened the front door his body was spread out, I went to pick him up and bless him he screamed slightly and he actually crawled in to the home, I phoned the the emergency vets and said just keep him warm, took him the next day...a car had hit him and crushed his spine besides his tail was no good and I had to have him put to sleep...that was horrible and my Staffy Rocky did miss him..never mind me.
