Timi, like some snakes and possibly alligators, has a jaw that unhinges (or so it seems). She comes up in the morning to get breakfast, and takes huge bites of food.

Amazing what a 10 lb. cat can eat in a short time!

Is it not the odd thing that cats have such unique table manners? Ours all seem so different anyways.

As a young kitten she may have had to compete with other cats for food, being able to open her jaw may have allowed for a larger share of food in a shorter amount of time.....maybe. Then again, JAWS, may conjure up stories in a different direction....
