Just to let you all know that Kildale should be out of hospital on the 7th November. Keep everything crossed that there's no delay. The hospital are really good to him and the staff are all nice but there's just nowhere like home is there? I've let his wife know how he's being missed here. Let's hope it's not too long before he's well enough to join us again.

Kildale is getting rather frustrated at the moment as the weather is bitterly cold which is stopping him getting outdoors. He is being well cared for in hospital but it's not the same as being at home. I'm hoping that he will be able to return home on the 7th November so I've told him how much you are all missing him and looking forward to seeing his photographs and stories again.
Thanks Eileen. It is wonderful that you are the liaison for Kildale. I am hoping that he will soon back on here. You are right--there is no place like home.
Just heard from Kildale's wife that he's going to be allowed home for the week-end!! He's sooo looking forward to being able to see 'his' birds again. Now all we need to hear is that he'll be home again, full time, before too long.
