Strange Michigan weather

    Still no snow here in the thumb of Michigan except the little bit we got back in November. Since the holidays have passed, I would just as soon skip the snow now. If we do get snow my husband will now be cleaning two driveways instead of our one. Our neighbor recently had bypass surgery so my husband will be doing his as well as ours.

    The temps continue in the 40's with rain, rain, rain although this afternoon the sun is trying to shine.

    We are having strange weather here in Ontario too Polly. Today it is absolutely gorgeous out...sunny and about 42 degrees. You would never know it is January 2nd!

    Today was mild and dry here in Scotland when it's usually waaaay below freezing. Seemed more like the beginning of spring than mid-winter.

    Mild here in central Ontario too. Some of us seem to be benefiting from global warming, while others (Vancouver) are suffering.

    Strange weather here too. I wanna start planting stuff, but if I do we'll get a freeze.

    Thats for sure Cajunbelle.We usually get our bad weather in Jan.Feb.and some of March.We have had frost in April rare but we do.
