Baby bok choy grown from scraps. Never buy bok choy again

    This baby bok was grown from the stump discarded after trimming and preparing the bok choy for eating.

    In your introductory post, you mentioned that you didn't have much gardening experience... I don't buy that, not anymore. :D So I think you were either being too economical with the truth :smt005 Or, you really are a natural at this. :like::stew1:

    This is my 3rd year trying to grow veggies in containers. My younger sister coaches me. And yes, we will try different things just to see what happens!:setc_012:

    Bok choy is one of my all time favourites. We use it often when making home cooked Chinese meals.
