Well mate, I don’t know what to say about your numbers. I mean, it seems like quite a bit of moisture; but then, I do not know what the “ normal” figures are. I like it when gardeners monitor conditions. It does at least two things, it gives one perspective and trends...plus, it is simply so very interesting. Great posting this time.
Well, no matter how long one has been a member, missing a short while and one isn't allowed in. I had to change my password. I'm thankful to be back among fellow gardeners.
The average rainfall is 870mm. The average temperature is 11.8 Celsius. The coldest and hottest months are January and July. The Graph below illustrates this. This graph means nothing because the climate variability is high. On average we get one rainy summer out of 3. often we don’t get a summer. Being mountainous it depends on your exposure of your location to the sun. Often we get big thunderstorms in summer. We get 100km an hour winds and sometimes a lot more.
I don't know our average rainfall. I know our garden has been covered with snow several times this winter.
