A Bit Of Spring In The House

    The tulips have been available in the countryside for at least a month. Two days ago I popped out to a nearby village to pick up some tulips for at home. They are sold from a small cart along the road.

    Then once home, trimmed and stuffed into a vase...they made a discreet presentation. Today they are beginning to come out of their shells. Take a look:

    Then, the price— €5.00 / 40 stems.
    Mates, it is a bit of spring in the house.

    Yeah Mart, we were happy with the price as well. There are a lot of roadside things to buy here. The prices are always good be it flowers, veg, fruit or milk products.

    I only wish I could buy such beautiful flowers for such a good price! I would always have some!

    Netty, we always have cut flowers in our house all year round.
