I've just googled it, it could be chic weed for your area. Does it have a very small white flower?

Funny you of only a few see my view. I have so many "green" that it can start green early and finish late in the winter, if its not green all year, which is A Good Thought. But some get aggresive like this one, which is not responding to my efforts toward balance. I think it is a form of speedwell.

It could be. I'd just pull it out if you don't want it. We don't bother much with our lawn it's a mixture of everything. But I read that if you feed the grass it could stifle the other plants that are growing.

Husband had just cut the lawn..haha..lawn that's a joke....here it is at it's best.. 017.JPG
I have a lot of a clover creeper type.weeds..plus thistles, daisies, creeping buttercup and dandelions and some like yours @Dirtmechanic with the fine lots of fern like leaves in miniature and quite similar to my Californian Poppy's or Parsley. I can see you have some chickweed also. chickweed_0.jpg .. the large leaves in your photo approx. in the centre base, looks like something I have, it has small pleasant mauve flowers and deep roots, I have seedlings of these everywhere, so do spend a lot of time removing them whilst they are still harmless babes.hoping these are not what we have.. bindweed-seedling.jpg which is a small bindweed....they have deep roots also..
this is the temporary answer though... 200 (1).gif
or he will eat any stuff also... eef73096c5e2825442d75ce692101314.jpg ...must run got weeds to study......
