We usually have rain lilies in the early spring, but this year, with all the rain, we have them in July.
Please forgive the long grass--we can't bring ourselves to mow the lilies when mowing grass.

I like the looks of those. I would not mow them down either. How long will you be able to enjoy them?

Sjoerd, they will last a week at most, but like most bulb flowers, they reappear when the conditions are right. The next penetrating rain, and they will be back!

Neat! They sure are pretty. I wouldn't be able to mow over them either!
