First, find a comfortable surface to stand on, with plenty of room around you. Then, take five lb. sack of potatoes in each hand, and hold your arms out straight. Keep trying until you can do this for a full minute. Move up to 10 lb. sack in each hand, and hold your arms out straight until you can hold the sacks for a full minute. Repeat, using 50 lb. sacks. Move up to 100 lb. sacks. Next, put a potato in each sack.
The Bride knew this....I can only conclude that she has been exercising in this way for a while already.
