Not sure it would matter this far across the pond. Over here the Orange Pekoe blend rules the ice, and we have hot summers if you know what I mean! I have been interested to learn that cane sugar is a noticeable improvement over the common sugar in beverages common and bold, and I am curious about the disposition of sweetener amongst the hot tea at 3pm crowd?
Good Morning, DM. My morning begins with tea and tablet. It is how I come-around after a nights’ sleep. Ach, but I am standing with my toes hanging over the edge of digression now. What I use in my tea is sugar beet sugar, my Bride uses nothing sweet. Take a look at the pack. It has the info on the back of the sugar bag. Of course I do not expect you be able to read it all, but what they are saying on their pack is that they use the whole beet in their product. They win the sugar from the sugar beet and then make the bags from the beet’s fibres. Right then, that is what I use in my tea, but this is a country full of individuals and folks also use cane sugar, honey, saccharine tabs, stevia leaves or products and the exotic coconut palm flower sugar. People over here use all of these types of sweetener for their own various reasons.
"They win the sugar from the sugar beet and then make the bags from the beet’s fibres." I like that bit @Sjoerd "cane sugar is a noticeable improvement over the common sugar" Don't use refined sugar in brewing @Dirtmechanic Unrefined doesn't produce so much methyl alcohol so doesn't give you so much of a hangover One of the Thick plants started flowering today, it's had a bud on it since October
Excellent suggestion! Especially as I note that amongst succulent growers such as yourself the various tequilas and close relatives are sure to benefit from such sage cactus advice!
Ta Logan, I'll put a pic up if it opens all the way Not drunk Tequila since I woke up at 3am on my own out the back of the pub when I was 18
It's the season for "pink". A Hollywood plum A Garden Gold peach A camelia, special for @Dirtmechanic whose camelia got frosted
I really like seeing the fruit trees in bloom. Yours are looking very hopeful with all those buds and blooms.
