I got a good amount of pictures of some really good stuff!! I found this Morel mushroom in my yard, and later the next day I found FOUR more, but accidently ran over them with my lawn more oops, but a good photo op for it! One of my strawberries is growing a paw!! My japanese Spirea (sp?) A random Dandelion My hydrangea bush is so big and beautiful When I got these there were only 5 flowers, LOOK AT THEIR FLOURISH! Raspberries!!! my pulminaria, i love the varigated flowers! I had a little visitor when I was mowing the lawn. I'm glad i didn't run him over! And a few random flowers around my town
I am glad that you went out after the rain and took these foto’s. Such nice lupins to see. It looks like they are happy there.
Thank you Sjoerd, 2 of my lupins died I think that it was because of the lupin aphids last year, they were covered in them.
My one and only Lupin is coming along. I find that is is taller and remarkably more slender than last year.
Reaching the end of the azalea and rhodo flowering season. Our azaleas to one side of the patio. We've let them "do their own thing," for the more than two decades they've been there. There's no uniformity like in much of the rest of the garden, though I do prune off bits if they protrude too far over the patio. Some are now reaching the top of the fence. They give 'arry the hedgehog's house protection from the sun. These are the sorry looking reduced to clear wilting rhodos, I bought in Aldi a couple of years ago. They don't water their plants due to "'elf n' safety." "They've rewarded my kindness." Our two "tree azaleas," in ceramic pots. When they've finished flowering, I'll shape them up a bit. This is our tortoiseshell rhodo. We bought this and the one to the right of it fifteen years or more ago, when they were reduced to half price, as any blooms they had, had frost burn. They started off both the same size, but this one "bolted." Over the years I've pruned off the lower branches as they stuck out too far over the lawn. It has a wire around it to stop it spreading any more. It's always the last one to flower and there will be a lot of blooms. The roses on the new patio are taking over "flowering duties."
Your rhodi’s may be on the wain, but you wouldn’t know it from your fotos. They are smashing. Good to see the roses have gotten the word that they are next on the rota.

@Shawchert Look at your gardens grow So exciting for you. And a coveted Morel as a bonus! I'm jealous. I've yet to find one this year. We will look again in a couple of days.
