We had a much needed break. We booked a cottage rental at the Oregon Coast, village of Oceanside. One of my favorite places in the entire world. Two days of complete inner peace. Rufus had fun, but wore out from the walks and excitement. I felt like I never wanted to leave, but of course that's not practical. The colors of the ocean shore should be familiar to anyone who has seen the quilts I make.
I'm so happy for you both Daniel. What beautiful photos! I recognize that rock - we went there once when our daughter was in school down there. My heart hears you about how beautiful and never wanting to leave. Good for you both! Congratulations. Time to get quilting ?? hee hee.
Lovely scenery! So glad you got to take a break. I'm a sea creature myself. Can't imagine living so far inland I can't smell the sea. I'll be OK with not seeing it as long as I know it's there, lol.
What exceptional foto’s Daniel. I missed seeing you and your accomplishments on here, but a rest is never a bad thing. I was hooked on the show from off that first piccy. It is tremendously beautiful there. I like coastal anything. What’s not to like. Your perception of colour tones made some of the shots …. Well….—spectacular.
Looks like you had a great time and enjoyed the coast. Seaside is always a great place to,visit. In summer it’s always cool and lots of shopping, good sea food. Great pic and nice to see you with a happy lovely dog.
