What's Cooking Today

Richard did pork roast and gravy in the crock pot. Very good.

 

Stuffed Bell Peppers ,Garlic Potatoes,
Ranch Style Beans,Vegetable Salad

 

Today it will be Navy{Pea} beans with rice and Cornbread. My mother taught Sharon how to make cornbread and rednecks {like me} are amazed that a little cajun girl make that good a cornbread.

 

For us tonight it will be leftovers. Casserole from last night, brownies from carolling last night with the church, cranberry date bars from the ofice party, meat and cheese from the office party.

I'll probably do coconut chicken, hmm delicious-ness.

 

We are having left over chicken and andouille gumbo. Great weather for it. I cooked it yesterday.

 

Hamburgers and fries,from Richard's Burger Hut.

 

I had a Chicken dinner from Brookshire deli.Had to work so got it to go.

 

Sounds like pancakes for supper tonight.

 

Going out to eat this evening, I think I'll have a nice warm bowl of clam chowder.

 

Stopped and picked up a barbeque pork sandwich and some cole slaw on the way home -- that will be my dinner.

 

Shanna is baking a meatloaf and loaded
mashed potatos ,green beans and salad and ask me to eat. Ummmmmm you bet I do.
