I can only spot three. It's probably way too early for my eyes. I'd be happy if you posted a photo with rings around the cacti so I can see what I didn't see!

(Whispered confession: I came home with three Astrophytum yesterday. They're different from the most common one I've already got and I couldn't resist them.)

I see a lot of brown blurry thing that are not rocks. Maybe succulent leaves .. my guess 10-12. Is this like guessing how many candies are in a jar? What’s the winners prize? :)

I like a good Astrophytum (Youtube subtitles usually spells it Astro Fighters :D)

Got any pics yet Droopy? :)

Close too Pac :D I couldn't have put an easy one up.

The winner gets unlimited use of this fishing platform in the rainy season :)

No. They haven't moved into their new home yet and are still in tiny pots. I'll get to it when I have time one of these days.

I think Lord Awful is a bit mean with that prize.....let's think of a better one! :whistling:

It's nearly February, and another step closer to what we all really want to do. Cannot wait to see all the plants shooting through the ground :)

Thank you, thank you! Now that you've marked the cacti I feel stupid for not spotting them in the first place. I do appreciate the sentiment, but I have to donate my prize to the first taker since it's a bit far away for me.

Seeds are starting to germinate, some Maihueniopsis platyacantha have come up (A type of low growing, clumping Opuntoid)
