Zigs, I thought of you when I saw this exhibit. I took the pic when visiting the Naples (Florida) Botanical Garden. They had an exhibit celebrating the artist Frida Kahlo. She apparently had cacti (among tropical blooming pllants) in her Mexican garden.
Uhm... I don't live in Oslo but on the north-west coast. If I wanted a long sailing trip, or even a long rowing trip, I might consider it, but not during the wet season thank you very much!
Zigs. Perfect lil sprout.. can’t wait to see it all grown up.. Cayuga such a perfect display . Love the colors tot..as the cactus specimens are a sight to remember … great memories to share…
Cor, there's some good stuff there @Cayuga Morning The 2 barrel cacti at the bottom can grow up to a tonne each
Only a few, @Zigs? I have one specimen of four different-looking ones and am completely happy with that. Just hoping I'll manage to keep them alive. My track record for killing cacti is unbelieveable.
It's not one I've propagated so far, mainly grown Parodias, Opuntias and Mammillarias I've managed to kill a few this winter
Cheers good people Captain Neem Oil and 3 seed grown cacti Two Ferocacti and an Echinocactus platyacanthus
