Timi the cat is very possessive of her realm. We can be in the yard and gardens, but no one else, including other cats! She likes to perch on the porch railing and keep an eye on things.
That is a good one of the Sentinel, ever watchful, ever scanning. BTW— what is the significance of her name?
Sjoerd, when the feral kittens were kittens, one ginger did not want to be touched nor even noticed. When we took food out for them, one would hang back until we left. We called him Timmy, for timid. When we took them to the vet to be fixed, she called and said there were no "boy parts" on the ginger. We renamed her Timi, more of a lady's name. She got over the "don't touch, don't talk to me"!
Marlin great story. You’re an animal luver and that is a good thing. Every cat around here is more than busy with all kinds of critters to hunt. Even once in awhile they will get a gopher… the gophers have huge teeth… I worry about one of the cats getting hurt. ps just noticed the dinner bell on the porch.. I have one just like it… never used it, it seems like everyone is way ahead of me when it come to dinner.. always in their place waiting…
Pac, the triangle is to call my husband in from the workshop. He loses track of time, so I ring the triangle about 15 minutes before he needs to show up. It really does not work to call cats!
Well gee folks, thanks! I told Timi she had so many "likes" from Europe and North America that she decided she was an international star. She is now demanding more treats, and has taken over the settee. Really, I am so glad you liked her photo on the porch railing. I'm a bit ga-ga over Timi, and I appreciate you patience with my posts of cat photos!
Of course not. As her manager, you could’ve soon been seeking other employment and accommodations. I get the impression that Timi is a diva.
Diva cat, who has some "cattitude" and only wants attention and petting when she decides she wants it, finds her perfect home in your Texas sette.
