Zinnias are really fun to watch grow they change every day… so much goin on in each colorful flower. They are a fun flower to dry too.. Sturdy tough and always a must for a cut flower garden.
Beautiful blooms and variety of plants. Not to mention the brightly colored double peony poppy. Alostromeria is one of my all time fav flower.. always flowers on time thru the winter sleet, snow and ice by June thru august.
Thank you Sjoerd and Pacnorwest, i don't like the poppy very much but i let it grow where i want it. Also the bees like to go into the petals. Here the alstroemeria is a summer plant.
Sjoerd Good Grief… you should talk .. wow look at your garden paradise. I’m lucky we have a short gardening season ..4 months outta the year. And you should see my burn pile… it’s a dozy…
Ach Pac—my little garden is nothing at all like your magnificent gardens & grounds property. You are in a completely different botanical class from me. Your place looks like the professional gardens I pay to visit.
Thank you . I think it’s the growing zone I live in which allows such a variety of plants. I have lived in zones where the growing zones were extremely limiting.
