Well Loggie, I said that I was all out of colour, but that isn’t entirely true, I have these faded examples. To be honest, I can’t say that they are looking good this month though. The whole allotment is not really very attractive at the minute. BTW— I would just like to say that those Cosmea of yours are my fav Cosmea. The seeds are sometimes difficult to find here. Next year I expect them to be available. We shall see. Meanwhile I will simply admire yours.
Thank you Sjoerd your cosmea looks good, i haven't got much either. Here's a few fuchsia flowers that are still going.
Fuchsias are a lovely plant and have such interesting blooms. I once had a serious thing for this plant group.
Yes they're lovely, i used to have a lot of the half hardy ones, used to go to a nursery that just sold fuchsias in kiddy minster not far from us.
It was fun wasn’t it. There really is a great variety in bloom colour and shape. They are so easy to grow from cuttings.
Indoors. Schlumbergeras. Most of these were from cuttings. I still feel tempted when I walk past the grocery store displays, but then I remember these. And an overwintering Pelargonium.
