We cleaned out the zinnia bed, and found that the zinnias had self-seeded and were coming up all over the bed. We have volunteer zinnias on Thanksgiving, and barring a hard freeze, perhaps for Christmas!
Oh, that is exciting. Will you leave them in situ, or bring them in for the winter? They have a lovely colour.
Sjoerd, the zinnias are annuals, and we leave them to do what annuals do! We have plenty of saved zinnia seed for spring planting. Cayuga, glad you like the zinnias. They are practically indestructible and butterflies and hummingbirds enjoy them.
