Tonight is grilled beef tenderloin steak, baked potato ( baked Yam for moi), and garden salad. LOVE seeing the quiches. I'm making two crustless quiches this week. Easy supper and lunch next week, and good cold too for on the run. @Dirtmechanic - very creative! I bet that was a hit.
It was freezer clean out day, and some chicken wings showed themselves. They moved to the top of the list, so tonight will be chicken wings three ways, onion rings from the garden onions and salad.
Daniel and Mech; both your quiches look really good! My granddaughter's last VB game was last night and she wanted Wing Stop so we went there for dinner. Tournaments are in a couple weeks so we actually have Saturdays off until then. We'll have BLTs tonight. Quick and easy!
I made blinli tonight. My granddaughter usually snacks on them throughout the night. If there's any left, I'll take some for lunch tomorrow. I have a field trip so hopefully the weather is nice. It's at a nature park.
Your dinner sounds like a gourmet feast! Seafood stew accompanied by homemade bread and garlic butter is a culinary masterpiece. It's got me itching to try something equally delicious tonight. As for my dinner plans, I'm considering making tacos. There's a certain joy in crafting tacos with an array of fresh ingredients and bold flavors. From savory meats to crisp veggies and zesty sauces, it's a customizable meal that never disappoints. Whenever I'm in need of dinner inspiration, I often turn to searching for tacos Dublin near me. It's a surefire way to stumble upon new taco joints or inventive recipes to try at home.
Tonight is Venison Stew and dumplings. Hubby doesn't mind the gluten free dumplings which is great because we get to share rather than making two versions.
I have a source of really fresh venison for you, still on the hoof. Fed with lots of fresh garden plants and trees...
This was especially good. I had a package of gnocci in the pantry, waiting for me to do something with it. Here is the recipe https://www.theguardian.com/food/20...matoes-peppers-mozzarella-recipe-rukmini-iyer I didn't have quite enough mozzarella, so I added a bit of shredded Mexican cheese blend and Pepper Jack, but it was mostly the Mozzarella. Also some grated parmesan on top. I had some frozen pearl onions and threw those in too. I haven't cooked much with fennel seeds before. That was very tasty.
I made homemade chicken strips and veggies. My granddaughter loves them. She actually asked me how to make them and made them one night. I usually make mashed potatoes and gravy but we had that last night (minus the gravy). I think tomorrow we'll have cheese ravioli and salad or maybe celery and carrot sticks. I've been going through a celery and peanut butter phase lately.
Yes, I go through stages where I have it all the time and then once in a while. Right now it's all the time.
