Oh, now I know! One of my granddaughter's bff's mom is pregnant.....I must be having sympathy cravings!
I think I might make some pizza dough and have pizza for dinner. My granddaughter loves homemade pizza.
Roast beef with potatoes, cabbage, peas carrots, sprouts and gravy. Pudding was a summer pudding with homegrown red currants, gooseberries and rhubarb, with ice cream.
I had to look up Gammon Oreti. I'm a ham for ham...sounds good! Tonight is pork souvlaki and Greek salad.
Later today it will be breaded chicken breast with chips and baked beans. The rest of the summer pudding with ice cream.
Later today it's breaded plaice fillets with a baked potato, salad, grated raw beetroot and a piece of strong cheddar cheese, hubby has 3 slices of wholemeal bread. No pudding for the rest of the week.
I brought back the first batch of Sugar Bon peas. The Bride made a sort of curry with them which featured coconut melk as a base ten chook and a variety of other veggies and spices and herbs. Also a knife point of our dried peppers—ouch! Haha. No it as just right and soooooooo delicious.
That is VERY exciting Sjoerd. We are having a fresh spinach salad from the garden, and some teriyaki pork tenderloin on the BBQ.
Melody that sounds delicious. Just gonna cook up some Monte Cristo sandwiches and pear salad with walnuts and blue heels crumbles.
