Marlin… I’ve always learnt more from my mistakes. I don’t know why but that was the first thing that came to mind after reading the skydive … Oops….
Nope! I did once nearly slide off a cliff while hiking in the "badlands" of Cappadocia in central Turkey. I was in the Army, young, and stupid(er). There are also some experience-earned lessons for why I quit my motorcycle. I loved riding that motorcycle, but preferred to stay in one piece. Plus I don't care for lots of pain. Hahahaha….Marlin, I read that out to my Bride. We both laughed and laughed. Sometimes a few words can say such great truths. Cappadocia. Daniel. We have been there as well. Also hiking in that unusual and sometimes challenging landscape. Göreme is the area that we were in for a couple of weeks. That was another thing we have in common. Also that we have both had motorcycles. I wonder if we could be related. Chortle.

We were were last house on the lane and had a six foot conifer hedge bordering the property. On one exam at Stoke Mandeville he had students present and when examining he announced "I see you've had your hedge trimmed. It looks good." :yikes: :hate-shocked:  :runforhills: I've copied this so it's not me.
