Can you tell me more about your lemon chicken Pac?

I have a second round of family coming in a couple of weeks. Dietary restrictions for two of them are only chicken and fish for protein. I'm trying to get creative. Last time I made chicken cordon blue, MG's lemon chicken picada , and a rotisserie chicken. ( also working around no lactose, nuts or peppers) . I'd be grateful for more chicken ideas.

    That sounds good Daniel!

Chicken breast burgers on fresh baked homemade buns tonight. A spinach salad on the side.

We had a cherry pie, substituting Stevia for sugar. The texture came out right. Jury is still out on the flavor.

Last night while still warm, it was good. This morning it didn't seem as sweet.

Edit, a day later. Actually this was good. Not as sweet as usual, but very cherry.

    Daniel looks delish. :smt023

    For July 4th.
Was planning on puttin shish kabobs on the barbie… but opened up the barbie lid and the squirrels had made a huge nest on the grill… soo change of plans …Gettin out the smoker smokin some corn beef instead. And after seein @Daniel W peppers and onions will make some of that too! Yumm..

Set for a great corn beef sandwich with homemade coleslaw and marbled rye bread. And homemade sorbet from strawberries with a cherry on top, and margarita’s of course. Perfect Summer drink…delicious.

Logan Cheers to the Labour Party. Been watching it on the news.

Still have left over corned beef. Corn beef sandwiches with avacado salad.

Thank you Pac. This helps a lot. You are right - there are so many on the internet. Tried and true is hard to find. Thank you :)

Tried and true recipes is always a guessing game. I remember last year I went on a hunt for the best cheese cake recipe. I made a few from the famous notables on t.v. Chefs. Didn’t like any of them. Then I ran across a recipe from a gal who won the best tasting cheesecake at her state fair.. I tried that one and it was the winner in my book. Ya just never know !

Too hot to cook… it’s 98f at the moment. Fixing chicken- fresh veg pita sandwiches with ham-cream cheese rolls-spread cream cheese on the ham slices add a pickle then roll . Spicy avacado salad. Strawberry sorbet. And a
    Giant strawberry frozen Margarita.

Today a typical Dutch dinner: new spuds, B’sprouts and meatballs with jus.

That rocks my world Sjoerd. I should move. :) I definitely miss potatoes.

fresh chicken breast pounded, seasoned and breaded. Flash fry deep fry on the covered porch, spinach Caesar salad from the last pick from the garden. Everything cool friendly will bolt now.
