Just the arches where the climbing hydrangeas ( Hydrangea anomala ) have made their home, despite the years of deer attacks.
They are peak display and gloating in the shade from the weeping cherry and Douglas fir.
In contrast when the sun hit’s the crystal chandelier a found object , they all glisten and sparkle at sunset.

The ‘Magic’ when plants and crystals meet at sunset.

Looks like a beautiful pic of the ‘Stargazer’ lily. One of my favs. They also sweeten up the air for days.:smt023
Your lily blooms are way ahead of mine .

@Melody Mc. Your peony is outstanding. They bloom in July in your zone as they bloom in March April in my zone 8. Do you know what the name is? I have one very similar called ‘Festiva Maxima’.
July is a ‘Maxima’performance month for garden bloom to turn it up . Does seem odd to see roses and peony’s blooming at the same time. It’s normal in your area. Last summer several Peruvian amaryllis second bloom that season bloomed same time as the the peony’s. A oddity in my garden experience. It was exciting of course ..
Luvin the mist and buttons they can certainly perk up any garden in the dog days of July.

Lovely pics, Mel. I especially liked the peony at the top. It made me think of whipped cream with strawberry juice lightly trough it.

Kay that little Echinacea/ Rudbekia combination was music to my eyes. :)
The next plot shot looked so tidy and well thought out. Tja, what’s not to like, eh?

I'm afraid that I don't know the name Pac. Many of my perennials were given and shared from family when I moved here, and as gardens grew. I find that August is my Dog Days of blooms. The flox, poppies, coneflowers and sweet peas keep me going from August to frost.
