Wow …what a story. 911 to the rescue.. hawks on the grill.. sounds bittersweet. I miss Cayuga . I have wondered where others went since last fall. As far as accents…just thinkin…I bet we all (from the US) sound like we have an accent to other countries. Where the gal in the video sounds normal to me with a slight differential in tonality and expressions on different syllables. Yet some parts of the US do have stronger accents and different pronunciations of words.
Pac— I can tell you that I have heard different accents in different parts of the US. In this tiny country there are different accents and, different dialects. I miss Cayuga as well. I think she is oké.
Pic Red Tailed Hawk up in our trees has been his home before we moved here. They are a common bird of prey. Several generations that are my pasture mowing buddies grab little ground critters that pop up as the mower passes by.
