Cold enough I don't mind the break from garden work. The one thing that's really necessary is to keep the hens supplied with fresh warm (liquid) water. So far they seem fine. Predicted lows are 24 to 26F until late next week. Interesting, considering a few weeks ago the predicted lows were 32 to 33 F.
We’ve begun to get some temps below freezing but the calendula still have flowers. Guess this is a no snow year. Hope the fleas won’t be too bad with these mild temperatures.
