Parsley harvest

    I'm cutting parsley for the first time this season. Parsley usually is ready to harvest earlier than mid-April, but our weather has been so up and down that it was delayed this year.
    I wash it, pat off the excess water, pack it in the mini-chopper, and then put it in small containers for freezing. Tastes fresh, even in December!

    Ough !! I may try freezing some of my parsley since you are saying it comes out really fresh !! I usually just dry it but you loose the ability to have that "freshly picked" affect when you dry it. Thanks for the post. My parsley's not ready for picking yet.
