Hi guys! I've just signed up - looks like a fun forum. I'm big on container gardening, despite being on acreage, as I have a huge verandah and its a bush block so we don't have that much flat area. I have flowers all around the house and looking forward to chat about growing and appreciating flowers. Mundanely, I do webbie things for florists and play dress ups in the SCA (That's a medieval recreation group, in case your eyes are bugging out )

Hi there and thanks for the warm welcome I'm a busy girl, so I'm not as active as I like, but its all about recreating the medieval lifestyle, so we are off spending our weekends dressed up in accurate medieval clothing, doing medieval things like weaving and sewing (and watching the boys fight )
Hi! We have the SCA here too, some pretty big groups. I was invited to join since I not only spin wool on a wheel but am good with a drop spindle too. Didn't have the time though. What's a "bush block"?

Avril we come in all shapes and sizes here so no running off and pretending cameras don't exist!! I'm sure you look great in your costume. We'd also love to see pics of your plants, house, family, pets, wildlife .... well anything really 'cause we do soooo love other peoples photographs and we're a nosey bunch into the bargain.
Well I do try to avoid the camera, and I'm not sure there are any photos of me in garb. But I'll think about it
