    are'nt these rhododendrons? Do they hve any special name?
    Such beautiful flowers blooming in my front yard.

    I agree Glenda, they are beautious!
    But, alas, your climate, :-| like my own, is probably not ideally suited to Rhodies.
    We just have to make do with their more heat-tolerant kin, the Azaleas.

    Your rhododendron is 'Unique', 'Bruce Brechtbill' or one of their close relatives. By now the flowers should have fully opened and be a pale cream shade with a little pink at the edge
