Hoya blossoms

    These are not the best pics but my hoya is in blossom. This one is in full bloom and two others will be out before long. Both of these are the same blossom just with different backgrounds. We've had the plant for years and never knew it was supposed to bloom until last summer when it had three clusters of blossoms on it.

    How pretty those are. Are the petals as thick as they look or do the edges turn under? They look like pretty sugar decorations you would find on a wedding cake.

    Very beautiful and the petals do look thick, almost waxy.

    What is really neat about these flowers is that they are kinda fuzzy~there is a slight scent & sometimes the nectar just drips off the flowers!
