Lupins Flag Iris Peony - this is the first year either of these have flowered. I'm still waiting for the dark ones to open. My white bleeding heart finally flowering "The President" Clematis - I thought that this didn't make the winter for a while
Oh Netty you have some really lovely plants in your garden. I love that clematis. It's a really fantastic shade of blue. I'm off out to try and find one!!!!!
Simply gorgeous, Netty! :-D I know it must have been frustrating to be without your computer for a few days, :-? but not as bad as it might have been, with so much beauty surrounding you, right there in your own garden.
Everything looks wonderful Netty, the colors are all so cheery. I love the blue of the Clematis. I have wanted one for a while but couldn't figure out where to put it. While enjoying the picture of yours I just had a vision of one in front of our porch so I think I know what I will be doing this weekend.
Here's a few more I snapped today: Double Columbine - I planted this from seed from the Columbine at the old house which was single flowered pink and yellow. It's quite unique. Coreopsis has such a cheery flower And I couldn't resist one more of The President!
I can't find a President clematis around here!!! :'( I'm now trawling the net to see if I get order one online. I MUST have one.
I had to look around a little for this one too Eileen. I planted one at my old house and HAD to have another one here.
Netty, You have the most wonderful blooms ! I also had my first Peony blooms this yr, the smell is amazing ! I picked up two clematis this past week on a 50% off sale, will have to at till next yr for blooms but it will be worth it. I love the pink Lupines ! i bought one and it was to be pink, it is purple, but I love it anyways.
