    Hi folks,

I recently redesigned my brother's website (he is a garden designer) and would love some comments if you have time. Check out his garden designs, he's very talented!

    Here it is http://www.gardenplansireland.com/

    Thanks :p

    site design

Very Nice! Easy to navigate, clear, concise, informative, entertaining. If he published a book of his garden designs, I would buy it :!:

I agree with Under! Very easy site to get around in. And all the links worked too! I hate sites where you click on a link and it dosn't work. Good job! Did you charge him double for being family? :D

What a talented family you are!!!!!!!!!!! :smt026 I have saved it to my favourites and am going to sit down later today and have a really in-depth look around. Very impressive and so well designed. As CK said all the links actually work - fantastic. Will post more when I've had time to really concentrate on reading and looking at everything.

Thanks for all the kind words folks. Capt, I didn't charge him anything. Probably would have cost him thousands if he went to a web design company. Links must always work in any sites I build because I HATE broken links. If you find any on GardenStew please tell me :D

I am passing on all the nice words to my brother. I'm sure he will be chuffed ;)

Forgive a stupid (?) question, Frank, but why does the banner merge with comments?

    Hi Tim,

Are you viewing at an 800x600 monitor resolution? Are the logo and the comments bunched up against each other?

P.S Not a stupid question at all ;)

God - how stupid can one be??

I hadn't opened up to full screen - not realising that the small screen didn't show it all. Panic over!!

Frank meant to say that I had an in-depth look at your brother's site and it's made me look at the back garden in a whole new way!!!!! :D I'm going to help Ian out with the pond just now but then I'll chalk-mark out certain areas where I see we can happily dispose of some of the lawn. You know with the extra space it will create I feel another trip to Holland coming on. ;) ;)

Do tell James that without taking the time to peruse his designs I would never have cut the lawn in the way that I now see I can. :) Thanks James. :smt052
